This policy covers vyolix.com — including marketing pages, the contact form, careers interest emails, and related public content on this domain.

It does not cover client delivery environments, partner portals, or third-party tools that are not operated as part of this website. Paid engagements may be governed by separate agreements and privacy terms.

We collect information you submit and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the site.

• Contact form data: name, email, optional company and phone, optional service interest, budget and timeline selections, message content, and attribution source when provided
• Careers interest: information you choose to email us (for example role title and résumé) when contacting contact@vyolix.com as published on the Careers pages

International transfers

Vyolix is based in India. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process data in other countries where they operate.

Retention

Contact inquiries are retained as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet operational or legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
